Why it is if you tell a kid to do thier homework insted of just giving the answer some people are so offended?

Most offended are the adults it seems..The kids don’t seem to mind being called on it.

When a kid just is handed the answer they don’t remember it, most times. Why? Cause its to easy.

You’ll cut them so much slack here, but they won’t get any at testing time..Then the truth is told. One may say they need help, could be.

But most are just taking the Easy way out.

They’re only cheating themself is my veiw.

Yes, I agree with you. Once I said the same thing and got some nasty replies. Only one man agreed with me, but you’re right, they are just taking the easy way and somehow it doesn’t seem ethical when other kids without easy access to a computer have to actually do the work.

I am not a teacher, but an at home mother. I make my child go through all the work, when people on here ask questions here I’ll explain how to get the answer. Honestly most of the people get offended because they would expect the easy way out. Do onto others as you would like done onto yourself. Pretty sad that people want to cheat their mind of potential though. Thank all of you teachers for the effort that you put forth, I truly believe that you are not paid what you are worth.

Homework shouldn’t be done by people on Yahoo answers. If kids have a problem they should ask the teacher before they leave school. They are just being lazy trying to get the answers from us. Did they ever stop and think maybe they are given the wrong answers on purpose?

Wish I knew why. I was reported for telling someone to do their own homework. Oh well! I would not come to Y!A for homework help anyway–too many jokers and plain old uneducated people on this website.

People seem offended because the purpose of this site is to ask and find. Otherwise I agree with your reasoning behind why you tell them to figure it out on their own!
