The right person to talk to is your school principal. He or she will have a procedure to follow when it comes to investigating the accusation. And believe me, it will be investigated. In my district, if there is anything to prove what you are saying, the teacher will be fired immediately and the criminal courts take over from there.

If, however, it is determined that you made a false complaint just to harm the teacher, or that you were gossipping and spreading rumors that harmed the teacher, YOU will be criminally prosecuted. When you make this kind of accusation, you don’t get to be anonymous.

Don’t expect the school to report out to you on the results of their investigation. That is something you have no right to be told about. That is the responsibility of the courts.

How do you know?

Have you seen them together being intimate?

Are you just going by what the student says.

What proof have you got?

Any teacher doing this has either gone mad and totally off the wall.

Where are they having sex? In a hotel, at the teacher’s home? In the teacher’s car? at the Student’s home?

Any teacher knows that they only have to sneeze and that can be interpreted as them having pneumonia or something else.

One male teacher I taught with, every time he sneezed it sounded as if he was gruffly saying %^&* u. Some students actually accused him of cussing.

This does not sound true to me, especially in the USA.

The first people to notice are other teachers, they are not fools, and if this is true the Principal is already aware of the situation.

If it has to be anonymous then type the letter out on the computer and print it out. Seal it in a plain white envelope and after school slip it under the principals door or something.

Just make sure you do tell someone. Things like that need to be dealt with quickly so less damage is done (to the students).

Good luck,

=)

You`re making a very serious allegation, which you must be able to substantiate. Why do you want to remain anonymous ? Is this just a way to get back at a teacher that you dislike ? Whoever you tell, you must have concrete evidence to substantiate to support your allegation. Don`t forget that just by making the allegation, you will be putting someone`s career in jeopardy. Perhaps that`s what you want? Unless you have evidence which is absolutely irrefutable then I suggest that you keep well out of it.

It’ll be tough to remain anonymous since just calling someone or writing a letter won’t be enough to go on. I would suggest your parents talking to someone at your school district’s central office as opposed to the principal if you wish to remain anonymous. Your parents should stress to the person they speak with that you don’t want your identity revealed at school, not even to the principal.

Given the 2nd-language problems you’re offering right here, i’ll wager which you and your well being middle instructor are presently having intercourse or are making plans to. reckoning on the point of school, this would place the instructor in jeopardy of dropping his or her settlement: termination. as long with the aid of fact the subject of GRADES are on the table, this occasion would be suggested as in question by using the district. fairly some the rigidity, while the two events ae over the age of 18, is with the instructor who ought to get fired, reckoning on the coverage; specifically situations, those affairs proceed with a scandal, however the habit remains immoral, regardless. undesirable being pregnant is yet another count…

The police, the principal, child services, staff in the office, anyone. If you ask them to make you anonymous, then they will. It’s very brave of you to tell them. 🙂

Please be sure that you know this for a fact, and it is not rumor.

You could be causing a lot of trouble, possible ruin some lives here. Of course, the student needs to be protected, but sometimes rumors can get out of hand, you know?

Make SURE you have your facts straight first, ok?

Tell a cop, your principal, a firefighter, anyone! I’m proud you came forward with this knowledge, however if you dont inform authoritties, worst things will happen. All you have to do is call the police station and give their name, you dont even have to say yours.
