Touble Learning in school?

this past few years I have been having a lot of problems learning in school, I am one of the oldest, I have a lot of trouble paying attention to my teacher, in my physics class I have trouble remembering the steps of the problems also in Algebra and in my Philosophy class I always forget things, I think the only class I’m not having problems is writing class so far also I get extremely nervous in my exams. What is happening to me?

If this ability to pay attention or remember is different than what you had a while ago, you may want to see a doctor for an overall check-up. Health problems can cause some memory or attention problems.

Depression, even mild, can also cause some of the same problems. Again, a doctor may help you identify a cause.

Good luck.

you probably feel nervous because you are unsure of yourself and that is probably a result of knowing that you are not prepared.. most teachers will offer tutoring is you feel it is necessary.. if you are having trouble comprehending what is being taught, then you should consult with the teacher or the class counselor.. that is what they are there for.. if you don’t use them, then you are losing something.. soooooo…. talk to someone..
