to use the verb do use…is it considered present particilpe?

I have to identify the present tense, and past tense forms and the present participles and past participle in the following sentence…most say it is present tense…i disagree…can you help…

The sentence is:

Do we still receive mcopies of your minutes?

The past tense is received, and so is the past participle.

Present participle would be receiving.

First of all, that sentence doesn’t even make any sense, and second, I didn’t see any participles in that sentence. (Participles being verbs that act as adjectives)

it is present tence, (Do we still) as of now past tence would be (Did we) or (Have we),

I think recieve is the participal(present)
