Think about what makes a successful teacher:

good organizational skills

good communication skills

creativity

enthusiasm

experience with students

student teaching/field experience-some important lessons you learned from there – like discipline and classroom management

good lesson planning skills that hopefully include planning lessons that use a variety of strategies that will meet the needs of all of your students
