is there a sign langauge in anothert language?
Favorite Answer
There are however many different variations of sign language. Take a look at the list of official variations from Wikipedia.
Now my dear, strictly speaking, can there be gestures and postures different to different languages? Certainly not. Sign language may be socially specific, but certainly not linguistic specific. Sign language do have a different Logic from articulated language. So there is no separate sign language for different languages at all. as a matter of fact, people resort to using sign language when articulated language can not or do not communicate.
Good Luck.
