The link below is a government sponsored web site all about teaching in the United States. I would suggest starting there. There are many opportunities all over the United States as far as teaching. It essentially comes down to where you would like to settle. I am from Texas so I am of course, going to suggest Texas because Texans are notorious for being very loyal and prideful to the state. We are the best. 🙂 Floridia, New York, California (cost of living is outrageous though!), etc. Good luck!

I’m going to assume you speak Spanish. There are many school districts looking for ESL teachers (English as a Second Language). Or as a counselor for ESL students. That’s by far the best way for you to go: American school culture is very different from where you are from, and you’ll have a hard time adjusting and adapting to it, and probably won’t like it. But as an ESL person, you get small classes of motivated students, and special priviledges. Look into it. Or perhaps look into being a Spanish teacher. But we have a lot of them, so I think ESL is the way to go.
