Hey,

I admire teachers and their ways of opening a lessons. You need to warm them up, get their brans functioned for any lesson, start them off with a game, only five minuites or so.

A good one would be to sit in a circle, and throw the ball to eachover, the thrower says the person whom he throwed the balls to name and that persons hair colour.. If this seems to hard for them, then have it so they say their name and their favourite food or sport. Try and make it entertaining and slightly challenging so their happy and their brains are ready to learn.

Hope this helps 🙂

To get started you could ask the students if you can do several things, for example, can I eat a pencil, can I chew on a pancake, can I borrow a piece of paper. Throw in some funny can I’s, it really brings them into the lesson. Then ask the students to give you some examples of can I’s. You would be surprised they can come up with more than you think. You could create a matching game with examples that they can use and ones they can’t use. It really gets the point across and gets them involved. Good luck!
