about “Lyric Question”and “question of lyric”
why can not put “of” between them

What’s the context for the question? Without knowing a little more about what you’re asking, it’s hard to answer. The only thing I can answer off of the info provided is that “Lyric Question” sounds more clear and concise – it makes more sense. “Question of lyric” doesn’t seem to be technically wrong – it’s actually the grammatical structure for many romance languages – but it’s awkward in English.
