Can I join the post graduate programme in teaching English?
I’m going to finish bechelor degree specializing Eng language. I want to go further study . I’m interested in teaching Eng but I can’t afford to attend the university. Can I get scholarship?

Why not try talking to the university you are attending now to see if they’d be interested in sponsoring you to attend the university you’re looking at? They may work out a deal with you whereby you’d have to work/teach (sign a contract with them) for a number of years after finishing your grad. programme.
