If you are interested to work in Australia/New Zealand, the most logical way will be to study in the country where the system works pretty much the same. In your case, Indian qualifications will be more favorable than China. This is of course b’cos of the British system that India has, and also I do notice that alot of overseas doctors in Australia come from India or Malaysia (another ex-british colony).
