The ony places that actually give ‘ credits’ would be a University and they would only do that if you want to study at that university. If you need the info as an evaluation to show potential employers etc what your degrees/studies are worth in the US you need to send you transcripts, Scheine, degrees and translations (possibly notarized) to an evaluation service (e’g’ like http://www.wes.org/). This would also be the same if you apply to a US University, they evaluate and send the University and you a letter of what they think your credentials correspond to in the US but that is not the same as actual credits but it is good enough to show to potential employers that you have the required education. You can usually get credit for the 13th year at the Gymnasium, any Uni or Fachhochschule/ Berufsschule etc classes and for any degrees/certificates etc.
