To enter the US, the most likely was would require you to find an employer to sponsor you for an H1 visa, some Indian IT companies will hire people in India and “transfer” them to the US, which requires a different visa than H1

To enter Canada, you can apply for immigration as a skilled worker. It will take 18 months to 2 years and cost about $1000-1500. But canada is seeking immigrants, 300,000 each year.

Check other Commenwealth countries for special programs

Finally, lots of work in Dubai, Quatar, etc which is probably easier to gain entry too.

You should check the embassy sites of the countries you may be interested in.

A work permit can only be applied for by the employer who wishes to hire you. You cannot apply for the permit on your own behalf.

Which simply means that you must already have employment in that country.

There are also other routes you can take such as the skilled workers program which most countries offer.

To find out more about the procedures, fees and requirements then you need to visit the embassy’s websites for the country you are interested in.
