I’m currently pursuing O Levels in computers thru DOEACC in Jammu & Kashmir, India. they told me 10+2+O Levels = Graduation. A Levels=PGDCA. after that i plan to B Levels. what i want to know is, is this degree of any value? further i want to pursue B Levels somewhere like Oxford or Cambridge or Yale etc. i tried their websites but i got confused. what job opportunities do i have outside India? Please, please, please, wud anyone help me out? also wud anyone please tell me how i cud find out about pursuing B Levels in the above mentioned universities. they also told me that B levels=MCA. is that true?
