Having said that, a list of all exchange student programs certified to operate in the U.S. is located at www.csiet.org. Do not use one not on that list! You should also ask your high school counselor as an organization is only as good as its local representatives. Good ones include Aspect, AFS, Rotary (cheapest, but most competitive), YFU
