Please be advised that Holmes is a COLLEGE, not university. It is a private college and although fully accredited, it is not well-known for its’ hospitality courses (ie cookery).

If you are going to Sydney, I would recommend Blue Mountain Hotel school or ICHM (weblinks below). If you want to go to Melbourne, then William Angliss TAFE will be the one to go. The reason I specify these institutions is b’cos they are the specialised colleges in hospitality (they dun teach anything else). Therefore the college facilities are specially designed for the purpose. Example: In William Angliss, they have a fully functioned restaurant, where students cook and serve real paying guests. So no pressure there 😉
