foreign exchange to Ireland?
Favorite Answer
Many colleges and universities offer preferred admissions and/or scholarships to former exchange students — and more if your experience included a foreign language.
You can find a list of all the organizations certified to operate in the U.S. at www.csiet.org. Don’t use one NOT on that list! Definitely check with your school counselor as well — a program is only as good as the local people who represent it! Also, your counselor will need to help you arrange your schedule so you graduate with your class.

Edit: You did not specify if you are a high school or college student — this answer is directed to high schoolers.
