That will be difficult. Your best option is to see if your home country will sponsor your studies overseas. There just isn’t a lot of scholarship aid given to foreign students, for Masters-level programs.
Now, if you were to go for a PhD instead, that’s an entirely different subject. Most PhD chem at the better universities are fully funded. They’d pay your tuition, and you’d also get a small stipend.
