local hospital, nursing homes often will pay for your classes if you go to work for them when you pass the course and collages often have the classes too.

I have heard that CNA job isnt good HOWEVER hospitals hire from within. So if you work as a CNA at a hospital you are more likely to get hired when you become a RN at the same hospital.
