What is a good PSAT score?

Hiya folks! I’m a Sophomore and I’m talking the PSAT for the 1st time very soon. However, I’m unsure that what a good ‘first try’ score is. So what would u guys think as a good first try score? Also, any suggestions on studying for the PSAT? (websites, techniques…etc)

A good PSAT score is 2100+. From my experience, the best preparation books were princeton review guide, and the tutorfox new sat guide. Used together, I increased my SAT score by about 200 points. Good luck, and please let me know if you have any more questions.

Regards, Pual.

decent psat was 1400 , not 2100 like the person above said , remember sat total point are 2400 . 2100 are decent score on sat. sat are similar to psat . psat are easier than sat . accept sta additional plus one section called writing section. read more like scalret letter , wuther height , great expectation . read newspaper like washington post and ny time , excel passage on math and science that on reading section on sat. vocabulary are important thing in verbal and reading section. oxford and webster are great dictionary for you to help you in sat. learn all the word in that dictionary. do plenty of math from ap , regent test , sat subjetc test , satii, satiic and satiiic

Well, I just got my packet for the PSAT and it had a lot of questions about geometry, so I would consider you go through your geometry and algebra agian.
