If the SAT deadline is 9/10, do you have until 12:00 AM 9/11?

I am registering for the SAT Subject tests and the deadline is Monday (9/10) and I was hoping to get a fee waiver, but I wasn’t able to because they ran out. They told me to try again, and I would, but the school is closed on weekends and I’m not sure if it would be too late to register if I got the fee waiver on Monday.

CollegeBoard says, “Deadlines indicate the last date on which you can register for a test,” which implies that on Sept. 10th itself until 11:59 PM you can still register. However, I just want to make sure so I can decide to register over the weekend if it’s pointless anyway.
