Studying for the ACT English Section?
not like, sleep well. eat breakfast. that’s like common sense.
but like, on certain questions..
i know for like the questions where they ask for a better way to say a certain sentence, the correct answer is most likely the shorter one or whatever.
tips like that? =]
Favorite Answer
-Know the use of semicolon, colon, and comma, and which one to use in a certain situation
-BIGGEST TIP: use common sense, it’s always the right answer!(I scored a 30 in English)
-Be careful with the word “being” Usually if it is in one of the answers, that answer is incorrect.
EDIT: yuk s, I hope you’re not talking about my tips, because these are factual. Also, I don’t think it’s such a good idea to be giving advice on the English portion of the ACT when you obviously have spelling and grammatical errors in every other word you type. Frankly, I don’t think you can score higher than a 10 on the ACT.
