Study or Sleep?

I have a spanish test tomorrow- and have so much other homework so I won’t finish till ten or so. Should I go to sleep at my normal time- 11- and hope I remember the stuff tomorrow- or stay up all night studying (It’s a huge exam!)

I WOULD GO OVER THE QUESTIONS AND STUFF AGAIN AND THEN GET SOME REST.. THERE’S NO NEED TO CRAM THINGS IN B/C THEN UR GONNA STRAIN YOURSELF TO REMEMBER JUST TAKE YOUR TIME AND LET THE ANSWERS COME TO YOU

Most of the learning you’ve done on the subject should have occured during class time and previous homework. Studying, specifically for a test, only serves to “brush up” and remind you of, hopefull, what MAY be covered during the test. After all, how could ANYONE expect to cover, in one night, what took the previous weeks to teach?

Assuming you haven’t been goofing off in the last few weeks, you can get more benefit from a good night’s sleep, and take the test in a relaxed, well rested state.

When I was in college, I found it better to sleep at a decent time and maybe get up earlier than normal for a quick study. Sometimes an all nighter was fun, but sometimes, you have to give your mind and body some rest to think better.

Good luck on your test. I’m sure that you will do fine!

I would go over things and then go to bed. You need to get a decent amount of sleep because the nerve synapses in your brain will transfer the stuff you studied into your long-term memory if you sleep right after studying.

(I actually learned this in a psychology lab class)

study then sleep – There are study that coach that your concepts video clips suggestion from short to long term memory whilst you sleep, memorizing it. even though, getting adequate sleep is amazingly significant!!

study for the test… study for your spanish exam and do easier tasks later. try to stay up at night. Later, when you take the exam you will be grateful about it if you had a high score.

Sleep. If you’re tired during the test your memory won’t function correctly and all that studying will be wasted.

Go To Sleep!!!

It is very difficult for sleepy people to study.

What you study will not be retained as well if any.

You indicated to the fact you have studied.

Believe in yourself, don’t second guess!

GOOD NIGHT!!!
