perfect mcat score?

i been looking this forever and cannot find a single website where it says it. Unlike SAT, there is no statistics on how many ppl take it and how many of them get a perfect score of 45. cansomeone find me a website wehre i could see how many ppl actually get perfect score?

1. don’t tell me its “very few”

2. don’t tell me i can’t get it. thats not the point.

As far as I know no one has ever received a 45. (It’s not theoretically impossible, but it would be very difficult.)

There are plenty of statistics available on MCAT test takers and the like. You can find them here:

Obviously, when you get to the very highest scores (and the very lowest, for that matter), because of the low number of people involved, the “0.000001%” starts getting rounded to 0%. My friend emailed the AAMC directly a few years back to ask them this very question and they responded that no one had ever received a 45. 43s and 44s have occurred but they are pretty rare.

That said, this was a few years ago so maybe someone has managed it since — you could email and ask, I’m sure they’d tell you. The email address is [email protected].
