Is the PSAT the same level as the SAT in the writing and reading section??

Is the level of difficulty similar to that of the actual SAT? Anyone who has taken both, please inform me on this question..

Both the PSAT and the SAT have been dumbed down in recent years so the pathetic intelligence of the modern generation being passed along through the inept public school system can make a decent score so they don’t feel so bad about themselves.

But, SAT is generally harder than the PSAT.

According to College Board, the PSAT is made to be a bit easier than the SAT: www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/about/sat/FAQ.html#quest15 There’s no written essay on the writing part of the PSAT, which makes it less stressful for a lot of people, if nothing else. But it is very similar, yes– the PSAT is composed largely of actual SAT questions. When I took the PSAT my junior year I got a 212, then when I took the SAT a few months later I got a 2120– so, the same score basically. Good luck!
