College Board has the best book for Physics and Math Level 1 because they have a book that has all the tests in one. For French, you can try Spark Notes because they break down all the processes and how to effectively answer the questions. But, for Math Level 1, I suggest not doing it because most colleges don’t even accept that test. Take Math Level 2 instead because its a lot better. But, the one thing you have to understand is that SAT 2 is not like SAT 1 because in SAT 2, you have to have a good knowledge of that specific subject, you can’t make logical guesses, so do well in the class and study your class notes.

My favorite SAT test prep books are the Princeton Review ones. I used their math one to get an 800 on the Math Level 2 (the book covers both levels, I believe). I got a really old copy from my local library.

I also really like the SparkNotes ones, only because they are reproduced in their entirety online at http://www.sparknotes.com/testprep/sat2/. I used that website to get an 800 on the Physics test.

The only review book that is exactly like the real test comes from the College Board itself. They publish a book that has a real SAT subject test in every single subject, and you can use that book to practice on a real subject test. Unfortunately, because it seeks to cover all of the subjects, it doesn’t do much more than provide one practice test for each subject.

Barron’s is the best book for any Math SAT II. The book teaches at a higher level than you need and the tests are harder so when you take the real thing, it’s overkill.

Everything that the person above said, and in reguards to physics, make sure you took AP or a very in depth honors class. The test goes over EVERYTHING(optics and mechanics and such) and if you haven’t gotten to it in class then you’ll just be screwing yourself over.
