You, like myself, have a thirst for knowledge in the areas that are of interest to you or to help you understand what makes things tick. At age 58 I am still the same way

No Way! I am 41 and currently studying Human Services and Community Health. I also want to learn more about political science, religion, music, library science, fictional writing, herbal gardening, alternative medicine, ……… etc!

There are some of us around and some people just cannot understand because they associate learning with negative thoughts. We just cannot get enough information because our interests are so vast and wide!

You are SO RIGHT!!! Let me cite an instance. KEEPING in mind, knowledge IS PURE POWER. Let me explain. I am a music lover. I STUDIED record value books, for 45’s, and 33’s. If there was a belt given for this, I’d be a 45th. degree triple black belt. I’ve found dollar records in thrift shops, that sell for hundreds on E-Bay. There’s PLENTY of time for fine dining, and comprable company. WHATEVER your endevor, KEEP STUDYING, I WILL NEVER QUIT!!!

no, that’s a great trait. You’ll probably enjoy being an academic- you learn all your life, and you get paid for it
