A book by Danish Hoffman is called the “Tyranny of Testing”
The title is self-explanatory and one of the points that her makes is that at times the brighter students are marked wrong for the answers because they see things in the question that others do not see.
In a way your are correct when you say that: ” just think these qualifications we work so hard to achieve on most occasions gets brushed under carpet within a few years” The qualifications do also count in many ways.
its all opportunities and hard work, effort. sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. if u r sick on exam day, u fail and must retake.
if what u study comes out u will get A A A . so unfair.
so far, humanity have nto found another means of testing intel. IQ test are also lopsided.
but the sys is such so we r the guinea pigs and we hv to go along. theres really no other choice.
when we start working life, what we study maynot be relevant unless prof courses. then opportunities open. if u r the only one present at tt time – u get a promotion. again unfair!
twice i got promotions as there were no challengers!!
life is sometimes unfair, huh!! but the fact tt u got into a lvl means tt u r being given tt opportunity to go up and higher too. so dont miss tt chance for the window of opportunity open but for a while!!
