I know what my name was although it say’s that threre is not an account under that name..

are you sure you are spelling the user name right, and using correct CASE LETTERS.?
Depending what site your trying to log in to, you may see a “button” saying “forgotten log in details” or “forgotten user name” if you click, you may be asked security questions,
I.E. mothers maiden name, first pet, date / place of birth etc
then you may be asked for the email address you first registered with, then they email the info. you need to log in.
you may see something like this:
Forget your ID or password? | Help
if that don’t work email the site or re-register.
