Autism in Chicago?
Hello i have a 5 year old son with autism and i live in chicago> i was wondering if anyone had any resources or programs that would get him involved with children like him. He is in school and also goes through therapy.
Please list any sites, but i hope to hear from people who know of these places on a more personal level, Thanks!!

I would contact Illinois State University. If I remember correctly they run a program for children with autism. I don’t remember if it is a year-round thing or if it a camp, though. The web address is www.ilstu.edu and you can get contact info there. Try calling the special education department.
I know Normal is three hours away, but they may have information about things in your area.
