I formulated a quote based on my personal experience, do you agree?

if not then provide the alteration. The quote is:

Some people are ‘marginally’ right, some are ‘relatively’ right, some are ‘absolutely’ right, and the rest are ‘actually’ right.

Yes, I agree to a “marginal” extent… which is “relative” to the context, but not “absolute” enough to be “actually” applicable.

You’re quote is a bit busy and labored. I’d simplify, even at the expense of cutting out what you might want to say. It’s more important for a quote to be catchy than for it to contain every bit of info you want to convey.

Here’s a catchier alternative to yours, which says something similar to what you’re saying:

I’d rather be marginally right than absolutely wrong.

It’s even a bit humorous. And shouted at the right person at the right time, almost affectionately sardonic.
