It basically means to do something u need to put in an effort and if u have the enthusiasm to do something then u must not fear anything that comes in between your path.In other words,one cannot achieve his/her goals untill and unless he/she puts effort and does hard work and to achieve his goals one should not fear the obstacles and the hurdles that come in your way.This is the only secret to success ,if you follow this then you will surely be successful in whatever you do.

Each star is their own independent leader, just like us humans. They must guide their own path, as we humans must each choose how to proceed in our own lives. They must choose for themselves which direction to go, as humans must pick their own directions and choices. They must be willing to go in the direction they’ve chosen, the same as humans, needing to be willing to strive for what they wish to achieve. They must have no fear of the unknown, no hesitation, no trepidation, just as a human cannot become consumed by the unknown, the nay-sayers, and their own fears. For it is only when a star is doing what stars do best, that they shine the brightests. This is very similar to human nature. Human beings, when following their passions, without listening to others who would try to bring them down, with determination to suceed, will find their true happiness and their own place to ‘shine’
