Why is their most always one school break for 12 minutes?
this was even in our school in the 60’s and 70’s.

Our class in Shatec gave 15minutes break after each lesson,.
Psychologically, our mind can absord about 45 minutes of lectures from teachers before we started our usual day dreamings .

Hi Lois.
Don’t know. Neither I nor my kids had one every 12 mins. We had 2 breaks and lunch. That was it. In high school the only breaks besides lunch were the 3-5 mins. to get to different classes. So I’m not sure what you’re asking.

Study is really hard, if someone study really hard. Then it will be very painful sometimes. So we need some minutes to have the rest.
