if u want to be in good books u will have to be regular and punctual , next it is for ur own good, u will gain more knowledge, u will plan well , u will also know the value of time which is double gain for you.

Being punctual shows that you respect whoever it is you’re meeting at a given time. In other words. . . if you are late, the other person may have to wait for you to come when he/she could be doing something more valuable and then may be farther behind on whatever else they need to get done after you’re finished meeting with them. Being on time is a common courtesy response for the person you’re meeting to have taken time out to meet with you.
As far as the “regular”. . . I’m presuming this means following some sort of set schedule, like perhaps always being at work between certain hours? If so, what first comes to my mind is that then others will know where and when they’re likely to find you if they need to unless otherwise notified that you’re going to be somewhere else or busy.
