Is This A Good Color Coding System for Binders & Notebooks?

Freshie, woo! Anyway…

Red=World Civ

Yellow=Bio

Blue=English (And Speech, since that’s an elective XD)

Green=Latin

Orange=Algebra II

Black=Photo Editing & Web Design

White=Intro to Culinary Arts (And Applied Culinary Arts I, but different semesters)

The only reason I’m puting the 2 cooking courses & English and Speech together is because it’s the same thing, just a different class (the cooking courses are 2 different semeters, and Speech is only a 1 semester course, so it’s a smaller binder). So does that look like it will be good for high school???

Yeah, but thats alot of binders. Wait until you start, you might be able to combine. Last year I only needed 2 binders. One for Geometry, then one for english, science and health. Then just a folder for band.

Hmmm…. well, your English and Speech teachers might require you to have seperate binders for their classes… besides, you’ll probably have to have dividers for English (no idea about Speech), so that could potentially be confusing. My advice is to see what the teacher wants…. maybe you can get away with just a folder for Speech, Photo Editing, and the cooking classes.

Oh, and see if you can cover your books to match your binders. Either buy matching covers or do what I’m doing and get some paper bags, color them, and use them as covers.

Ya, that system looks good. I just hope you have lockers so you don’t have to carry all those binders around all day. At my school, we don’t really use lockers, so we carry our backpacks around to classes. Hope that’s not the same for you. But ya, that’s a good way to organize everything. Just memorize which subjects are in which binder so you won’t accidentally bring the wrong one to the wrong class. Some teachers won’t let you go back to your locker and get your correct binder once class has started. Good luck!
