Which student would benefit more from their HS experience? The young black male transferred to a?
predominately white school, or vice versa? What challenges, if any, would each student experience?

the question isn’t that simple. most “black” schools are in lower income neighborhoods (and thats fact). so the quality of the school is not as good as the “white” school. so the black kid would get a better education based on the goals of the education system, while also learning how to adapt to a very different situation, stick up for himself, etc. the white kid would probably only learn how to adapt, stick up for himself, etc.

they could equally benefit, but on the other hand, they might feel out of place.
