Like if he has done his entire assignment wrong the parent might want to say something.

But other then that the kid will learn more from the red marks on his paper then his mom fixing everything for them.

Ha ha, I say this because at such a young age when children are impressionable on the homework they are given(Around 1st-5th grade) The teachers just assign homework that they don’t look over or correct. Or that’s how it was when I was in elementary school.

My parents never checked over my homework, and I’m really smart. I learned to fix my own mistakes before handing them in, so I’d say in all honesty the latter.

The mother who sits with her child and helps him find his own mistakes and then guides him through how to correct them himself before he turns in his assignements.
