Talk to him and find out why. Tell him you feel you deserved a better grade and ask him to explain the reasons for the low grade.

Actually it is not hard to prove your that you teacher is intentionally giving bad marks when you deserve better, believe same thing happen to me when I was in junior high by a racist teacher and I kept all my work, got other kids to complain as well, brought it to the attention of my par rents and the principle who actually checked out all my work along with another teacher then checked into other complaints by other students. After a few meetings with the principle, teacher accused, other students, they found her guilty of giving myself as well as other minority students racially inspired low marks and was suspended from teaching. Keep all your paper work, inform your parents, have other teachers check and critique your work and notify the principle or counselor of how you feel this teacher is purposely giving you bad marks. Don’t let the teacher intimidate you, keep all your work, and report everything to school authorities for further evaluation. If all else fails, have your parents request you to be move to another class with a different teacher.

If you can even remotely prove it, which will require significant record keeping on your assignments, grades, and those of classmates in the same class who are friends, you can show the information to your principal in an adult, concerned, intelligent tone and ask what can be done to help you maximize your educational opportunity, up to and including moving to a different class. The principal will probably call the teacher in to discuss it, and you should be ready for this. Act like an adult and things should get solved somehow.

I learned that your teacher is your audience. It doesn’t matter what they want you to do, if you just do it, you’ll be rewarded with a nice grade. If you butt heads, refuse to do it, or fight it, you’ll lose. So, find out what your teacher expects, and just do it. Don’t argue, just do it. If you did and the teacher gave you bad marks, ask why and record the answer on a mini tape if you can. Then do what they ask, exactly as they ask, and if it happens again, take the mini tape to the person who is the teacher’s ‘boss’ and play it. Then ask them the help you understand what it is your teacher is asking, then do it all exactly as they want it done. School is a job, teachers are the supervisors, just do the dang job and get done with it.

First, ask the teacher why he’s giving you a lower mark. and show him assignments or whatever you need to show him that you deserve better. if the teacher is still giving you lower marks, i would go to the principal and discuss this with him, possibly with your parents. If it’s still not resolved, go to the district/administration. hope this helps.

Unless your teacher is marking things as incorrect, when they are correct, that would be a difficult charge to prove. What makes you think you deserved a higher mark? You have to have some pretty solid evidence to back up that kind of allegation.

I would speak to the school guidance counsler about this or possibly even bring it up, privately, with the teacher themself. If this does not work, bring it to someone with more power, possible the principal. Whatever you do, don’t bad mouth the teacher to others because of it, that could make the situation even worse!!!

I wish I knew if this was college or high school…

Contest it with the teacher first and be prepared to explain why what she marked incorrect was correct.

If that does not work –

Go to her administrator and explain the situation to him/her and again be prepared to present your argument.

well id ask my teacher why she gave me the grade she gave me, and then if she cant explain it to you, then id tell my parents and show them the examples of the papers where she maked off unreasonably. They can take it to the principal or even to her if they feel the same as you.

well try to make nice with the teacher, go to them after school for help or something and ask him/her to change the grade. if that doesnt work, go over their head to guidance or administration.
