what subjects do i have to take in high school to become a teacher?

If you miss something in high school , you can usually make it up at Jr. College before transfering to a 4 year college.
At the university, you would decide what type of teacher you want to be and that would determine your major. Elementary teachers usually major in Interdisciplinary studies or something simliar to this. Secondary teachers major in the area they are planning to teach and they take Education courses that are designed to train them to be certified to teach in your state.
Of course there are some high schools that offer special courses for students who want to explore teaching as a career. If you have such courses, take advantage of them so you can figure out early in your career if teaching might be a career that will suit you.
Best of luck to you.
Hope these ideas help you out! Best of luck this year!
just have a good average, to get accepted in a college/university to become a teacher.

*co-op might only be canadian, i’m not sue if it’s the same in the states.
