To answer the question, it is a solution for all that is needed. We need to know there is some other way to go. We are agreed that most of what we study in school doesn’t matter in the end, but if you fail to do it, you are thrown out of society and now your parents will be charged for not keeping you in your home!

What we need is an open new deal where these people are rewarded for their talents . If they fail to have the responsibility to take on the rtasks required then they should be placed into closer and closer roles to mentors. And I feel there should be no taboos about the schools rights or the LAs rights, they should be required to come up with useful programmes that these strudents can be meaningfully attached to.
