Anyways, you should take HOSA (Health Occupations), Child Care, Biology, Medical Microbiology, if your school offers it, math classes, Psychology.
In high school you will want to take all the math and science classes you can — calculus, chemistry, physics, biology, etc. If your school offers psychology classes take those as well.
In college the majors most likely to get accepted to med school are physics and letters. Most pre-meds opt for biology or microbiology. Whatever major you choose, you will have to choose your electives to meet the med school pre-reqs. A minor in developmental phychology will give you an extra edge.
Good luck.
take AP/IB science courses!!!!! this will prepare you for the rigorous work you’ll have to do in college. also, make sure to take four years of english and math–basically, take the highest classes that are offered at your school, but within reason (don’t wear yourself out!). good luck!!
Some HS will allow you to take college courses and pay for them. If they allow this I highly recommend taking advantage of it ( assuming you are a good student). It will put you ahead in college and give you a better feel of what you are getting yourself into.
Good Luck!!!
