What can I tell him!?
I havent dressed for PE in a week and a half. Today he goes ” why arent you dressed and I said, my mom gets paid tomo and were going to buy some shorts. He says, “well what did I tell you? You can come to me and ill give u some old shorts to wear and let you borrow a lock until you get money to rent a lock”. I dont want to dress tommorow. Im self conscience of my weight. I want a good excuse to tell him so I dont get in trouble. I told him ill have shorts on monday and he says okay. But he asked all the people who didnt dress who was going to be dressed tommorow and I raised my hand with the rest. I dont want to wear someone elses shorts lol. What would be a good excuse besides saying “I injured my back, or I dont feel good”!!?!?!!?

can you wear sweat pants? at my high school we could. maybe if you take him in his office and privately tell him that you are self conscience and would dress out if you could wear pants, maybe he would understand. I am so soory you are in that position. but you know what p.e. is stupid anyway and there are better classes you should be in anyway! (i never dressed out either and barely passed p.e.!)

Uh, you can’t avoid this forever. What grade are you in? Haven’t you dressed in lockers before? Well, if you haven’t it’s nothing to worry about. At our school, our P.E. teacher said that he doesn’t care if we are self conscious, all he cared was that we got dressed and came out to gym. And it doesn’t matter anyway. Think of the other girls. They probably feel self conscious, too. Don’t single yourself out. Are you able to wear a white or gray tank top underneath your P.E. clothes? If so, do that. Get an extra large shirt or something and put that on first and then slip off your bottom half of the clothing with your shirt covering yourself. Just do it quick and get out.
