Everyday is what you make it! Every person is different. Don’t buy the answers that tell you how easy school is compared to the ‘real’ world. School may be very tough for you to deal with. Don’t worry about leaving your friends after school and being alone. True friendships will last, new friendships will form. The important thing to remember is school is your job, for now. Do the best you can, learn all that you can. It’s only a few years in school that can determine how you spend the rest of your life. School is about preparing for life! YOUR life! Make it what you want it to be. If you work hard and create a life that you are satisfied with, you will have no reason to look back and long to return to your school days.

Hell yes it is true!! I’m 20, been outta school since may 06.. And I miss it ALOT!.. I wasnt a bookworm or a nerd.. I hated homework and teachers always nagging. But all the homework and graduating paid off for one cause I would have regreted it if I couldnt got o coollege for my laziness. But thats not why they are the best days. Once you graduate, you will realize that all the homework and teachers, and things you hated were completly worth it cause you truely had a blast. Yes homework sucks, but I dont think about the tons of homework I had when I look back at school. I remember the fun things and dumb things me and my friends did. And you wont realize you are making a memory that will make you laugh your *** off one day until you are outta school and away from those people. HAve fun, graduate, and make as many good friends as you can along the way. Thats my advice,a nd Im not that much older than you :p So its not like its coming from a parent. Not true at all. I wish parents and other adults would be honest with their kids instead of throwing that out there when their kids complain. I attended a seminar with a famous child psychologist one year who theorized that comments like that were at the root of many adolescent suicides. If kids are absolutely miserable – which many are during adolescence for a variety of reasons – and they are made to believe this is the best time of their lives, then they have to ask themselves “why go on?” That really struck home with me as a teacher and a parent. High school especially is very rough on the majority of kids. Even those whom everyone else says have it made have their own set of problems. Being a teenager is tough. Life is so much better once you are older and have a little experience and maturity. The next time you hear an adult say that your school years are the best of your life – politely ask them if they would relive them if they could.

True, because you don’t have the responsibility of having to be an adult! What I mean is: hold down a job; or else lose everything. It means going to work, if you are running a fever, working overtime when asked, because it’s really not a choice. This means forget making weekend plans, if it is a busy time at work. I know it doesn’t seem like it, I remember hearing the same thing in school, but make the most of them!

Thats what people say when they were always to afraid to chase their dreams and now there stuck some where they don’t want to be.

The truth is that life can suck, now the trick is finding some thing to do with your life that makes the sucky days get a little farther apart.

So if you do what or become who you want to be than every day can be the best days of your life. Unless that day happens to suck. Than wait until tomorrow and hope for the best.

Once you get a job, the responsibilities are much more than getting your homework done.

I know that sometimes it seems you get overburdened with schoolwork, but those 4 years with your friends will create many memories.

Try to enjoy it if you can, and just keep up with your work by doing your best.

I wouldn’t say that they are the best days of your life but I would say they are the easiest and most carefree days. It becomes a lot more stressful when you have a job and a family. Enjoy school even though it can also be a lot of work.

Trust me on this one, School days are deffinitely the best days of your life, cause once u get out into the real world, it sucks! Work is the worst part, never getting to see your friends because you both work differnt schedules. I always say, stayt in school as long as you can, cause it sucks once u get out.

Hehe im only 18 but i’ve been working for 3 months and rarely get to see my friends.

everybody has their own experience in their teen years. i had some fun, but some real crappy stuff, too! my life got good when i graduated from college and got my own place with my children. (which are your age!) my point is this: don’t put so much emphasis on what other people think and feel. what do YOU think, and what do YOU feel? enjoy each day as it unfolds. yesterday is gone, and tomorrow is not promised. make the most of today. good luck!
