pre quiz y;our;self a t home. make up a quiz/test and take and give it to yourself . then study what you get wrong keep doing it. use diff colors for everything move while you study have no music or try to connect the info on the quiz to stuff you know. make up sentences with the first letter of each important word and relax but once you study eno;ugh you wont need to be nervous it is great that you have a work ethic

Ok try relaxing before the test, take your mind off it. Don’t spend the ten minutes leading up to your exam constantly going over things in your head! Take some deep breaths and think about something completely different.

When your in the test, if you forget an answer don’t panic, just move on to the next question then go back to it. Don’t put so much pressure on yourself and as soon as you find yourself starting to panic, stop and just take a minute to calm yourself down.

Don’t talk about how much you know and don’t know before the test with your friends either, if they have learn’t something you haven’t it is only going to make you panic when the likelihood is that you’ve learnt what you need to know!

I know tests can be really scary but try not to be so much pressure on yourself.
