hating the imprints & the girl
Man I hear you. I hate public speeches. The only thing that helps me is the Darby Crash method. Cram every mood altering substance into my body before the performance (or speech). I don’t think that’ll be too awesome for you though, so before the speech, in addition to the first girl’s tips, do something you really love, that sort of gives you a natural high. Maybe it’s being around a certain person or listening to music. The happier you are during and before the speech, the more confident and less nervous.

1learn the speech by heart

2 Do many time rehearsal before a mirror

3 Use correct pronunciation

4 Think about your gestures

5 During speech don’t look into the eyes of audience, always look a bird eye view over the heads of the gathering

6 A few seconds are important, start with confidence

7 don’t be in hurry to say your ideas, one by one

8 Put it in your mind that you r the only learned person all audience r ignorant.

Practice a lot your speech. Avoid looking directly at faces. Point at a spot among your audience, (eg. an empty chair) and focus on that. Think as if you were alone, talking to the mirror! Always works!!!!
