Please answer ASAP?

I live in California and I am a Junior. I am taking Spanish 3 and so far i have not been doing well in the class. i probably will end up with a C but normally i get either a B or an A in spanish. i want to go to a UC school but my only problem is that they say 2 years of Spanish is required but 3 yrs is recommended. i want to drop this class since it might hurt my GPA, but i also don’t want to drop it since this might put me over the edge to get into a UC school. Should i keep it or drop it?

Am I correct that you have already taken the required 2 yrs of foreign language? and received A or B for those courses?

You have two choices – stick with Spanish 3 and vow to do whatever it takes to raise your grade because you believe that doing that will guarantee you admission (will it really?).

Or, if there is some other course that you could substitute that you would enjoy and expect to do well with AND would enhance your chances for admission, you could switch to that.

I’m kind of in favor of sticking with the Spanish. If your other grades are A & B, one C won’t hurt your GPA all that much. Just don’t make settling for Cs a habit.

This is a great question. I had the same dillema.

Keep it. Colleges notice consitancy as a strength. Do all 4 years of Spanish, and they will see you doing the same in college; this is symbolic of course. Just showing that you are consitant and you stay a course when you can just as easily give up.

I am a sophmore.

I asked myself something like what you were saying “I know colleges like when you do a language course all 4 years, but I hate it, should just do two years and drop the course”?

I decided to stay in the course. I know it will pay off.

When it is all said and done, even if you hated it…it will pay off and you will forget about how much you hated it.

You should ALSO STUDY!!! Get that grade up and it won’t kill your GPA!!! Try really hard and you will be pleased with the results.

It’s OK to drop it. In fact, I’d recommend it. They care more about your GPA. Trust me, you don’t want to have a glaring C on your transcript. Just make sure the rest of your classes are hard and you do well in them.

I would drop the class and focus on the rest of your transcript. You can always take it during summer school at a community college and then you could get extra credit for it.

Hello! You are just so lucky to be able to learn Spanish. It might not seem important to you now, but a language of any sort is a wonderful step in your education. Don’t worry about the mark, you just try your best, and keep learning.Good Luck!

She needs to get a being pregnant attempt just to confirm. merely because of the fact she had her tubes tied, does no longer mean she’s no longer pregnant. in fact, it needs to be appeared at perfect away because it must be an ectopic being pregnant that’s somewhat risky for her. in any different case, she must be dealing with early menopause.

look getting into college isn’t why you need to be a perfect student. its really easy to get into most colleges. the only thing that you need good grades and blah blah blah are scholarships. and each of those has there own unique criteria so look at what they require.
