OMG, i cant make it to school, ever!?

ok this new school im going to has different hours than regular schools. its 12:30-4:30. i go to this school because i dropped out of highschool, and need to get my diploma. the problem is, i think i have a sleep disorder, and these hours are the worst possible hours of the day to try to be in school. even with coffee, i cant stay awake. if i had the hours of 8am-12pm, it would work for me, cuz i usually get to sleep at around 12. but i’ve missed so much school due to the fact that its during my regular sleeping hours. i just can not sleep at night. i dont know whats wrong with me. but the day is much more relaxing for me, no matter how hard i try i can only sleep in the afternoon.

so should i just drop out AGAIN, and try to get my g.e.d. or wait until they kick me out for truancy?

Dont quit school again and your not a bad persons just try to get some help from a certified doctor to work on your problem and go get your diploma. Everyone goes through some kind of difficulty sometimes but it can be fixed so just work at it and you will do much better. I wish you all the best in getting to the point you want to.

Ask your parents to take you to the doctors. He or she can prescribe someting to help you sleep at night and reset your sleeping clock to a more normal schedule. You should get this taken care of while you are young, since most career jobs are from 8am -5pm. It would really stink not to be able to do what you want in life because you sleep through the afternoon.

Don’t drop out again! You are not a bad person because you have a sleeping disorder, millions of Americans do. You need to talk with your doctor and explain your sleeping problems so you can begin treatment. This doesn’t have to effect you life as much as it does.

What you have to realize is that life does not revolve around your schedule and sooner or later you will have to support yourself with an employment schedule that also won’t revolve around when you want to sleep. You should just get real now before you wind up spending the rest of your life getting fired from jobs. You may need to see a Insomnia Specialist. Life unfortunately is about conforming and those who don’t conform fall into the risk pool.

If you truly think you may have a sleep-disorder, then you need to see your Dr. There ARE things out there to help you.

However, I have never met a teenager who didn’t prefer to stay up all night and sleep all day….If you have TRULY tried going to bed at night, getting a good nights sleep and getting on a “normal” schedule…then it’s time to see your Dr…

me too i’m getting apprehensive on the 1st day of faculty. i bear in mind final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, my dad drove me to college and that i grew to become into shaking like loopy reason i grew to become into so apprehensive. i dont understand why, lol. so i assume its commonplace. yet once I get interior the college and notice all my buddies, i don’tget apprehensive anymore. besides, once I;m apprehensive, attempt sitting on the florr which incorporate your knees crossed and attempt questioning approximately no longer something and purely breathe for a minute then drink a tumbler of water. purely loosen up ๐Ÿ™‚ Have a advantageous 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and goodluck =)
