joining clubs?

i am currently a junior in high school and i was wondering if i should join more clubs. I already have a few clubs where i have leadership positions and i am not sure if i should join more. ADVICE? Does it look better on the college application with more clubs or have few with leadership positions?

Colleges are smart and they realize that some students only motivation in joining clubs is to build up a record.

Do not overjoin. Leadership positions are excellent.
