sixth grade’s only going to be as hard as you make it!

well, after you go to college and look back, 6th grade isn’t that hard! lol. Iit is not really that the work is so much harder than in 5th grade…the hardest part is the fact that all the kids start to feel so uncomfortable with themselves and the changes that are starting as they become teenagers and don’t understand what is going on as they morph. The teachers will constantly TELL you that you have to be more responsible, that you aren’t a little kid any more, etc. but the truth is that if you need help, you can still ask for it. I guess the teachers want to start backing off as you get towards an age where you want “to do it myself!” Just ask for help when you need it by staying after class for a moment to let your teacher know you are starting to be upset.

It’s not hard at all! I had a great time. Just make sure you have a good friend to make the change with. Most middle schools make the transition easy. Don’t worry, I actually had less homework in 6th grade than I did in 5th! Most of the teachers are great, and if you get stuck with a mean one, you almost always have a couple other great ones to balance it out. It’s really fun actually, just try and do good in school and have a fun time!

Not really. I just started. Some schools hav 7 classes in 6th grade, some don’t. Mine does. And if you do, its easy to adjust to. And in 6th grade you will have alot of responsibility. But the best thing about 6th grade is that, if you’re not doing to well in a class just ask the teacher for extra credit.

no, its actually really fun. dont be scared or nervous because all the kids around you will be just as nervous. you’ll love it. and even if you don’t it’ll all be over in about 9 months so dont trip. go in with a positive attitude. =)

Just a little bit harder than 5th grade. It’s not so bad, wait til you hit highschool, that’s when it will really be hard!

its not that hard as far as school work is concerned, but try to make friends with everybody until u find people that u want to hang out with

It’s not hard, I did it three or four times even.

6th grade is not even hard at all.Just think of it that ur at Disneyland meeting all the charascters.
