Art lessons are great. Possibly teach them some simple origami. Kids love that. A boat is a simple one to do, or a plane.

Hand prints in play dough are fun. Or just making a picture using their hand prints – a bit messy since they have to paint their hands, but fun.

Another option is to pick a repetitive story to read to them, and then do a listening/comprehension sort of activity with it.
